Don’t like the sound (or taste) of a shake suggested on your meal plan? That’s ok! Switch it out for any of the shakes listed below.

You can also be creative and make your own shakes! Just make sure to include a protein, fat, and fiber to ensure it keeps you full and provides the nutrients you need. Bonus points if you add ingredients that support detoxification such as green (like spirulina, wheat grass, spinach or kale), ginger, avocado, flax or chia seeds, grated beets, etc.
